Terms & Conditions
1. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
2. Payment Schedule will be given after discussion on mutual understanding.
3. Our agreement will expired if charges are not paid within 7 working days from the due date.
4. Any hardware cost will be payable extra.
5. Min 3 Month Bill should be paid in advance( condition apply).
6. SMS costing will be charged Extra as per current rates.
7. Tally-Breezing & Document Manager cost will be extra as per requirement analysis.
8. Extra Server Space Charges will be applicable for third-party attendance system.
9. Max of 1 year data with full details will be available for third-party attendance system.
10. Onsite Training will be available on paid basis Per day 1000/- + Lodging & Fooding.
11. For Re-Installation & Re-activation of opencompas account 2500/- + Tax as will be applicable.
12. Offline Data loss will not be responsibility of RELIABLE SERVICES.
13. 3 years data on server will be available, for more than 3 years 10% cost will be increase every year.
14. Payment gateway integration charges will be extra 15000/- one time.
15. SSL,Anti-Hacking charges @ 4500/-+7500/-will be applicable every year for payment gateway.
16. GST will be applicable extra 18%.
17. Payment will be payable in favor of RELIABLE SERVICES.
18. Extra manpower is available on demand on extra cost.
